Hi June I've tried hard to write a Google review and have failed miserably so if you can add this please do..... I rang the surgery at 8.30 am this morning very concerned about my husband s swollen cheek. He has many medical issues including blood cancer so I was wanting a quick resolution to the problem. Martin was offered an appointment this afternoon and it provided such relief for both of us. Life is stressful with lots of medication and medical appointments so to have a rapid response to a problem was brilliant! The appointment was on time and thorough and antibiotics will provide a short term resolution and a referral to Norfolk and Norwich for further investigation. Been with this surgery for several years now. From the minute I go in , I feel as if I’m visiting friends, from super friendly June on reception, Bernie the owner ,his daughter Rose (my dentist) to the assistants ( my favourite one Charlene ,unfortunately is no longer there) but , they are all brilliant. Yes Jane you are😉 I actually look forward to my visits, my 12 yr old even more so….. yes very strange for a child, so they must be good. Today I went in for a Scale & Polish. All I can say is ….. AMAZING! ! No pain , at all. I saw a new hygienist who was just lovely, friendly and most of all thorough. Simply the best clean I have EVER had. Her name was: Andrea “the greatest “ My teeth are old (55) have lots of coffe and red wine passed over them are wonky ,tight and slope backwards. But they are all mine! They feel amazing! (Front bottom middle is dead and discoloured) So , Thank you Diss Dental Care If I could give more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I most certainly would.

My husband, who was not registered at this surgery, was seen at short notice with a loose tooth in a bridge which was causing discomfort. Josif sorted the problem with minimal disturbance to the bridge and good advice for the future. My husband will be returning to this surgery for future work. Many thanks.

Had a lot of treatment today and to be honest I wasn't looking forward to it ! Ria made me feel at ease the minute I arrived in her room. The excellent care started with reception - I was greeted at my car 😀 thank you. The treatment was relaxed and comfortable. I couldn't fault a thing & would absolutely recommend this dentist 👍 I transferred from another private dentist who retired and am very happy with the move 😄
