I visited Aura as they were recommended to me by a previous customer who were delighted with the service, treatment and care. Since my initial enquiry I have found the service from Aura excellent. They are attentive, diligent and efficient. My appointment with the dentist was so thorough. There was no hard sell only options which I was left to consider. I am still going through my treatment and so far it has been excellent.

I am currently undergoing dental treatment at Aura. I heard of Aura through social media and decided to go there for my treatment after trusting so many positive reviews. I can also add that I have received nothing but exceptional service so far. The practice is always immaculate and the staff are amazing: so knowledgable and professional and make you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you enter. The Treatment Coordinator Remmi has greeted me at each appointment and is always friendly and chatty. She makes a point of remembering you at each appointment which adds a personal touch. I am receiving my treatment from Dr Ahad who I also can’t fault so far. He thoroughly explains each stage of the treatment process and actively listened when I explained the areas I’d like to change. I am looking forward to having my dental treatment completed and have every confidence in Dr Ahad and his work. Definitely would recommend Aura to anyone looking for their smile transformation like I was!

I had Invisalign/whitening and composite bonding over 2 years ago at Aura and I absolutely love my smile, choosing aura was the best thing I ever done! I won a competition with Aura Dentistry to receive Invisalign and Composite bonding and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I am now at the end of my treatment and the service I have received has been absolutely unreal. I couldn’t fault them one single bit. They really couldn’t do enough for you, the communication is so simple and you get a response straight away. The clinic is spotless and so gorgeous! Every member off staff is so friendly and welcoming and the results I have now been left with I couldn’t be happier with. The dental practice is modern and welcoming, and I've only ever received exceptional service. The staff are lovely; you can joke with them and they still maintain professionalism. I went in knowing what I wanted, and at no time did I feel pressured to buy additional services. They even showed me alternatives that ended up saving me money in the long run. The staff were incredibly open and friendly, addressing all my concerns and general questions. The flexibility with scheduling appointments has been commendable. As someone who works across the country, I greatly appreciated their efforts to find and adjust appointments as my schedule changes on the go. This level of customer care is hard to find. They offer a range of services, from bonding to bracing to general dentistry and oral hygiene. So, if you want the full package, that's possible from start to end with the same people, meaning no confusion when moving to the next step of your dental health. And to top it off, I got my service quickly; my first appointment was within two weeks of visiting for my free consultation.
