A free smile view assessment can be done to obtain suitability for Invisalign clear aligners. At this stage an Itero scan will be taken to produce a digital clinical record by Dr. Anne or the Treatment Co-Ordinator ( T.C.O).along with photographs. A prescription is uploaded and the information is used to produce a CLIN check treatment plan. The patient will now be able to see exactly how many aligners are required, where the attachments will be placed and how much interproximal reduction ( I.P.R ) will be required and on which teeth. There will be discussions around the cost of the treatment and it is at this point that the patient can decide to approve the treatment. Anne continued postgraduate studies obtaining her MFGDP (UK) in 1996 from the Royal College of Surgeons. She has also completed an Open University qualification from Bristol University in Paediatric Dentistry and a part-time course (1 year) in Implant Surgery and Prosthetics.
