Visited leigh & Charlotte this morning, they were so friendly & put me at ease, I couldn’t believe the result I received either, so happy.

Can't fault this place! Excellent service standards, all staff are highly professional. Thoroughly trusted Queensway with my teeth over the last two years. All procedures were explained to me at each appointment and staff welcomed questions. All correspondence was easy and appointments were scheduled according to my preferences. I had fixed braces, results are amazing, staff are clearly highly experienced experts. Overall an outstanding place that I highly recommend.

I eventually got the ceramic braces, and I'm recording my journey here and on my blog. So far their service hasn't been great; 22/04/24: They said they would send a recommendation letter to my dentist for teeth extraction and told me to phone them if they got the letter last Tuesday. It's been almost a week but dentist haven't had gotten the letter, so I messaged Queensway if they sent a letter but they never responded. Instead, my dentist called them for confirmation then called me back for an appointment. I don't understand the system but why not send an email or phone the dentist to prevent complicating things? It's kinda ridiculous they made the patient to call the dentist first considering the price of the braces. They're just very unreliable. 15/03/24: The quality of the service greatly varies depending on who you talk to(I personally recommend Danielle. She’s kind, sharp and efficient). 16/12/23: The assistant coordinator team lead I talked to was very inefficient and unhelpful. I asked if they use surgical grade stainless steel or nickel-free metal braces/wires. My question was very clear, but the response I got within two days was "they're made of metal". It took days and a phone call to get to the point, and overall the answers I got were not detailed. I've even asked if I can just book an appointment to consult with a specialist(to not waste both of our time)at one point, but she wouldn’t let me! I was seriously considering getting braces, but the awful service for how much I was going to pay put me off.

Had Invisalign braces fitted 2 weeks ago. The whole process was smooth & comfortable, despite my prior nerves! Thanks to the whole Queensway team at Jesmond for starting this exciting journey with me. I’m looking forward to the day I will finally have straight teeth.

Had my braces put on today by Julie and Emily and it was so much better than what I came in worrying about. Everything was explained clearly, how to care for my braces, changing elastics, appointment schedule etc. And they explained everything they were doing which put me at ease. Even beforehand, with the introduction, treatment plan and the videos i was sent to watch was very helpful.The orthodontic pack included with the tools to care for my braces was a very nice touch. I'm so glad I made the decision to come here, I made the right choice.
