Biography

Katerina earned a degree in dentistry at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and has since developed a special interest in Orthodontics. She has an experience of over 23 years practising in the UK NHS and privately funded Orthodontics, treating adults and younger patients alike. She has treated over 500 patients with the Invisalign aligner system. Her background in Cosmetic dentistry and Facial Aesthetics, help her to offer her patients beautiful, healthy smiles with emphasis in achieving facial harmony as well as reflecting their personality. Katerina prides herself in truly listening to and addressing her patients' concerns and practises within a comfortable, relaxing, state of the art dental clinic. She finds extremely rewarding the life enhancing effect and increased confidence that patients present with following - or even during! -their bespoke Invisalign treatment. Katerina offers face to face initial consultations to discuss your requirements as well as complimentary consultations over Zoom, flexible payment plans and opening hours to accommodate busy lifestyles.

I had more than a disappointing experience at your dentist on Thursday 11th July at 4.45pm with the rudest, unfriendliest and most patronising receptionist, I only wish I had asked for her name. I had changed the time of my appointment from midday to 4.45pm, I had email confirmation from Damira. BUT your receptionist insisted that I had missed my appointment and I had changed it the other way around, from 4.45pm to midday. She would not back down!! Kept going on at me! Even though I had email proof. And made out that the dentist (the root canal specialist Nick Downes) would now not be able to fit me in and I was a big inconvenience! Even though I had an appointment. It turns out he had plenty of time for my appointment, (and this was not cheap either £125 for 15 minutes.....) He was good. He then sent a list of treatments and prices to the receptionist for her to print out to give to me on my way out. I mentioned this to her, and she did not know how to do it, proceeded to make a big fuss and get stressed behind the desk whilst I just stood and waited, she did not say a word, could not look at me. I just stood and waited. Without an apology or and explanation, head down, she just said she would email it to me and of course she hasn't. She should not be front of house, meeting patients with this attitude!!! I have only just moved to your dentist and don't feel like coming back. I wait to hear from you. Regards, Alice Pryce

I don't enjoy going to the dentist but both the dentist and his assistant were very kind and made me feel at ease. They were also wonderful with my 4 year old. The staff, receptionist and dentist were also full of information and advice on any queries I had.

Very pleasant staff. Was seen promptly. Lovely Dentist who was very friendly and helpful. Had to fill in new online form to set up online account before I went which included a medical section 30 pages long! It didn't actually take too long to complete but was a bit intimidating to start knowing there were that many pages to go through. If you have physical issues ask for a downstairs appointment. I never thought about that and with a knee replacement and a bad back it was a bit painful to go up the stairs to my appointment. Other than that very impressed.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of everyone, From the front desk all the way to the lovely dentist herself. The dental work was carried out well, everything was explained well, and the outcome perfect. I highly recommend this practice.
