Biography

Rajiv and Ameeka founded the 2 Green Smile Group, and have been at the forefront of cosmetic dentistry for over a decade. We both greatly believe that Invisalign treatment is the best way to get a long lasting healthy smile, that doesn't damage your teeth the way veneers can. Our clinics are all regularly refurbished and always hold some of the most state of the art equipment and technologies to ensure you're getting the very best. The vision Ameeka and I both have is to run our clinics as a 'home away from a home', with our patients being treated as we would treat our own family, in an environment we would happily live in. We believe each patient is an individual and requires a custom made treatment plan, one size does NOT fit all! The practices has always provided basic care, and we never wanted to lose touch with being able to provide routine care to those who need it. Whilst this is adequate for some patients, we feel that in order to get the best care, with a natural custom service that allows adequate time and the best materials to be used healthcare should be provided on a individual basis. Finally we believe that whilst we always love to see patients back, they should only be returning for checkups or to say hello! In other words we actively promote the prevention of oral diseases, rather than the fixing of broken or diseased teeth. We feel that if you have to return for frequent treatment, we have failed in our job. We want you to get a great job, and not need any major work in the future.

Good Evening, This Email is from the Manager who is in charge On Figger Marsh. I am writing to complain about what happened on my appointment today 4/3/2025  evening at 18:30pm Besically, I had an appointment booked to do the Ruth Canal, and the crown for all ammount £1,400  paid the deposit £180 as they requested it On 30/01/2025 by phone with my card. Now they waranty that : on my last Check that i paid about  £26 that my circumstances haven't changed at all anything about my tooth  as they sent it to me the new quote to proceed with bit higher that last one previously from last year but, they confirmed by email that Dr ... she will give me the Tratment. Now I am very extremely disappointed and frustrated as this is the Story :Last year I had have registered as New Client and as new Client we need pass the Check all the tooth as this is the procedure and I paid £26 and somthing after Dr..... she provided the quote for all the jobs to carry out that I wasn't able to attend. But, this year  besically after one year, I was happy to re - contact the ( Figges Marsh Dental) and start it the Tratment. when i called  they found me quick on  computer and booked for the new check as it was one year ago and besically need it re -  do it and happy to reschedule the new check visit my tooth. The lady wasn't Dr..... she was an other lady that she checked all, and she confirmed that: My teeth are like last year, nothing changed. So after that they sent it the new quote obviously a bit more expensive that last year as the price is got up but, I have accepted it and paid the deposit and booked it. the problem of all this is i spoke with Dr... ...and she told me that my tooth is not like last year and the quote it will be from £1,400  to £1,600 I explained to her why? And she was nice to show  all my teeth on the computer and she was honest to offer the option with an implant instead as the Crown and Ruth canal  as i will weast mony and  it will not last longer maximum 2 years, that is why she proposed the implant and discussed with Dr......as it will be about £2,800 but, of course, we don't know for sure, and that's why it will be nice to discuss it with him. Well my Point is I paid for Check out again after one  year to make sure to carry out the Tratment and happy to pay bit more but, not with this new news that i heard this evening that my tooth is not like before.... So what I tried was to say the lady she checked out of me she made a mistake and this is a big mistake and negligence also west money and Times too. I am not happy and very disappointed Now i booked a straight way with the receptionist with Dr .... for At list Free consultation ad this is the minimum they can do do it to repair where they mistake so from my £26 that I paid from the checkout that lady she made a mistake to  top up as Dr ....for a consultation is £40 so to put the difference on top of the £ 26 If is not possibly possible to do that I like to have a refund of my checkout out as soon as possible and I will cancel the booking and also my refund of £180 that I paid as deposit upfront. I hope you will understand  what happens, and I hope you do an investigation inside I would really appreciate it if you could come back to me as soon as possible Kind regards V. L

I went to Figges Marsh Dental for wisdom teeth removal and I couldn’t have been happier with the level of professionalism, knowledge and reassurance I got from Dr. Rohan Shaferry. He really took his time to walk me through the extraction procedure to settle any nerves and checked in during the removal to put me at ease. Would highly recommend Figges Marsh Dental and Dr. Shafferry, I am so happy with the level of skill and care I received! Nice to go a dentist that truly cares about their patients

I had a dental checkup at this practice for the first time, and all of the staff were lovely and welcoming. My appointment was with Dr Ameeka. She was very kind and reassuring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She educated me about the tooth x-ray and answered any questions I had, easing my anxiety and helping me understand my teeth and how to take care of them. The dental assistant she worked with was very kind as well. I had a great experience here, and I’m returning soon for a hygienist appointment. I strongly recommend this practice if you want nonjudgmental and accommodating treatment. Extra notes: - You can have an interpreter with you if English isn’t your first language - The pricing for treatment is very reasonable
