I had been a dental nurse for over 20 years and I have worked with several practices over the years together with agency work and I can honestly say that Cwtch dental practice are amazing! I visited Dr. Jess and she was attentive, considerate ,gentle and her attention to detail with treatment was amazing! Together with her nurse they were a fabulous team! I would recommend Dr Jess to anyone and I wouldn’t say that lightly! Well done team Cwtch!

I had an excellent experience with Owen and Dr. Gatley at the clinic. Owen is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by calling me before opening hours to respond to my email. He also managed to fit me in at short notice for two root canal treatments. Dr. Sarah is lovely and very kind; she thoroughly explained the procedures and managed my expectations. The clinic is highly professional, and I would definitely recommend their services.

I have only good comments to make about Cwtch Dental Care since joining after my dentist if nearly 40 years retired. They always very pleasant and very informative. Katie extracted a wisdom tooth last week and it went without any hitches thanks to her time, care and follow up .

Thank you Jess and your lovely assistant for putting me at ease and helping me relax, even though I was tense during the whole procedure. You were very gentle and I did not feel a thing, thank you for being patient with me. Smile is a lovely Practice and the receptionists always give you a warm welcome. Also, thank you Roxanne for the advice and for my filling and hygiene check, I love the results.

Had my first appointment this evening, and it was fantastic. Everyone who works at the practice is so lovely and welcoming. Dr Rachel took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough. Meg the hygienist was also super kind and friendly, and chatted me through different things. The dental nurses are so lovely! The reception staff are equally as fantastic. They quickly booked me in for my second appointment at a convenient time for me. Very glad I joined this practice and am glad that dentist trips are no longer a stress point. Thanks guys!
