Biography
Theo is a Bristol denizen having completed his university and foundation training in the city, attaining the prestigious Bristol University Dental Student Tankard Prize.
Moving to Glasgow to split his time between a busy Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery unit and a Special Care Dentistry department, Theo refined his surgical skills and attained enhanced accreditation in sedation and anxiety management. Theo is very attentive to patients who have dental fear or phobia and is registered with Dental Phobia certification, a testament to his commitment to supporting his nervous patients becoming confident and comfortable regular patients. Theo has since joined the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow as a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery and is committed to continuing his education through the college.
Theo has particular interest in providing patients with highest quality aesthetic restorations and providing orthodontics through the Invisalign system. A highly ambitious and passionate practitioner, Theo has started a Post Graduate Certificate in Dental Education and is excited to pass on his knowledge and skills to future generations of dentists.
A member of the British Dental Association, Association of Dental Implantology, British Society of Periodontology & Implant Dentistry and the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK), Theo is committed to directing his career towards eventually providing and maintaining outstanding dental implants and contributing to best evidence-based dentistry practice.
In his spare time, Theo is a keen road cyclist. He enjoys travelling around the UK to work his way through the toughest cycling climbs. He is also learning Arabic and hopes to venture outside of Europe to practice as soon as possible!
