Welcome to {my}orthodontist Taunton located in the town centre on the corner of Upper High Street. We have on-street parking outside the front of the Practice, and The Crescent North car park just a few minutes walk away. I am a Specialist Orthodontist and completed my initial Dental training at Edinburgh University and began my career as a hospital dentist at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. I then spent two years in New Zealand lecturing in oral surgery followed by a further two years treating children at the Bristol Dental Hospital. In 1994 I completed my Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons and then spent a further three years obtaining a Master of Orthodontics at the internationally renowned Eastman Postgraduate Institute, London, becoming a Specialist Orthodontist with a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons. In 2008 I achieved a Certificate in Lingual Orthodontics from Warwick University. I have published regularly in dental journals and have been an invited speaker at national (British Orthodontic Society) and local levels and have also taught orthodontic postgraduates at Bristol Dental Hospital. I enjoy treating patients of all ages and have treated many hundreds of patients with Invisalign. Recently I moved to Somerset and in my spare time I am keen to be in the garden, growing flowers and veg, trying to keep fit and also cooking and socialising with friends.
