Dental Beauty Bow does not specialise in orthodontics. I have never received worst service anywhere for anything. I recommend Platinum Dental Care in Canary Wharf instead for any orthodontic treatment. I went to Bow Dental get an orthodontic appliance fixed and instead found staff using their computer chat system to message inappropriately about patients behind their backs. I had to go back 3 times in the span of a few weeks for an orthodontic appliance that had broken because they didn't know how to fix the issue. The first time I saw the dentist, I got my appliance rebonded to my teeth, only for it to break after 3 weeks(usually permanent retainers last 1-4 years). I went back to the same dentist and she said I needed to have it entirely redone, and would not apply the amount I paid for the job she did that broke. The head receptionist Maggie then booked me in with Agata, the orthodontic therapist who was 40 minutes late on the day of the appointment. She then said she needed to see my retainer, so asked me to go home and get it. I came back, then Agata spent another 20 minutes saying she can't do any orthodontic treatment without a dentist prescription- and she tried calling the first dentist I saw. When I asked her why was my appointment booked if she didn't have everything she needed she aggressively responded "These are how things are in the UK unfortunately" which is wild because she is also an immigrant. I was so confused and just wondering what I needed to do to get my retainer fixed. I noticed Maggie and Agata messaging back and forth in their computer chat, and I could actually read what they were writing (I encourage you to have a look at the chat if you do end up booking with them). Maggie asked why I walked out, unaware that Agata had asked me to go home and get my appliance. Then Agata wrote "PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ME IN THESE PROCEDURES WITH THIS PATIENT". I was stunned. I went home appliance still broken, frustrated, and confused why I was belittled . I ended up going to Platinum Dental Care in Canary Wharf and they were outstanding! They took 30 minutes to do what Bow dental could not do in two months time of beratement and back and forth appointments. I recommend them as they are professional, award winning, and exceptionally competent. (P.S. using a pseudonym in case they use the "can't find you in patient records).

I have always had a brilliant experience at this dentist but I took my 20 month old son for his first appointment and everyone was so wonderful! I get nervous about the dentist myself so was a bit nervous taking my son but all of the staff were so brilliant with both of us and they made his first visit fun!! Cannot recommend this practice enough. I also saw the Hygienist the week before and he was great too!

I had a tooth filling after booking an emergency appointment. The receptionist Shaila was really helpful to book my emergency appointment in just one day and guiding me through the whole process. The whole team was really kind and helpful in making me feel comfortable and meeting my expectations. The doctor also guided me through every step of the process in making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I haven’t felt any pain during the filling and after that I was feeling much better, with the toothache gone. The whole team was extremely friendly and welcoming and I would 100% recommend them.

My experience with Will was amazing and the whole process was straightforward and pleasantly painless. My teeth look fab and everyone has also been commenting on how brilliant they look. A couple of friends are now looking to sign up 😁 Thank you Will and not forgetting your lovely dental nurse Julie who was friendly and very hands on! X
