I cannot thank Bupa Dental Care Congleton enough for their excellent service. The clinic is spotless, the staff are professional, friendly, and efficient, and the whole process runs smoothly. I recently had a hygienist appointment there, and it was a great humanistic experience. Not only did I leave with my teeth feeling cleaner, but I also learnt so much new information about oral hygiene, gum disease, and how to prevent it. The advice was easy to understand and incredibly helpful. They even emailed me extra information afterwards, which shows how much they care about their patients. A big thank you to all the staff, especially the warm and welcoming team at reception. A special mention goes to Brandy Mosedale and her assistant, who provided outstanding care and made the visit a pleasant one. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this dental practice and feel compelled to share my concerns. On Wednesday, March 26, I called to schedule an emergency appointment due to a mild pain in one of my molars.I was scheduled for the next day, Thursday, March 27, where Dr. Barton confirmed that my root canal had an infection.However, rather than offering any immediate treatment or relief, I was informed that the earliest appointment for further care would be on April 29—over a month away. This was incredibly frustrating, as I was in severe discomfort and needed urgent attention to fix the infection. Fortunately, I was seen the following day, Friday, March 28, after a cancellation by other patient. By this time, I had been enduring pain for the previous day and next morning and had been relying on over-the-counter pain medications to cope. Dr. Anthony Barton conducted a minimal procedure, opening the tooth, cleaning it, and applying a temporary seal, with plans to address the root canal at a later date. That evening, however, the pain returned with intensity. I spent hours trying to find an emergency dentist without any luck. I was left with no choice but to wait until the following morning. By the time I was able to find one, was already 9am and spent all evening and morning in agony with pain. The lack of urgency, humanity , and inadequate care at this practice were deeply disappointing. A root canal infection is a serious matter, and being left in such discomfort without timely treatment is unacceptable .I would not recommend this practice to anyone

I visited the Bupa Dental Care in Congleton yesterday. I have never had good experiences with dentists and if there was any other option, I would have taken it. However, as soon as I got in I felt at ease with a very warm, empathetic welcome. My appointment was with Dr Anthony Barton. The professionalism and care shown immediately was incredible. I've never known a level of service like this before and the care taken with me was exceptional. Dr Barton is incredible and helped me through the whole appointment. I came away sorted out and pain free, I also came away with a new feeling towards Dentists. I cannot thank all involved enough for the care they showed me yesterday. Excellent 👍

Been regularly attending this dental practice for a few years now and it's always 5 star service from the girls on the reception to in the surgery with the dentist. Always made to feel very comfortable and calm, coming from a nervous patient. Would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I have been a customer Of the coach house dental practice in Congleton for 20 years throughout this time one of the main points of contact has been Katie who has Worked at this practice for 20 years She has been absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble very knowledgeable. Both Katie and Jesse Are at the front of house when visiting the practice Always pleasant and polite I would highly recommend this practice to anybody and everybody wishing to get a first class service By far the best Dental practice in Cheshire All of the staff that Work at this practice are credit to the BUPA dental service.
