Just had my first appointment with Akshay. The whole experience was very welcoming, professional and I felt like they cared about me as a person! Really thorough and honest caring advice. Nikki on reception was super friendly and helpful. Being a nervous patient, who had unpleasant experiences in the past, I'm glad I've finally found a dentist that makes you feel safe and listened to. Called for an urgent appointment and was able to be seen less than 24 hours later. Receptionist Nikki was very nice and welcoming. I then met the dental surgeon alistair and his assistant who were both friendly and informative of my options. Overall a very friendly and professional experience.

I had my first appointment with Akshay today and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely thorough and very clear. He explained everything about my results to me and really listened to what I said in response. He had a very calm and relaxing nature and made me feel totally at ease. His assistant was lovely as well. The reception team were extremely friendly and polite. There was nothing to fault at all. I'm all booked in for my next appointment and will be booking the rest of the family in.
