After not visiting mouth Churchill place for a few years my history of appointments were missing, however I was welcomed on the phone by Stevie who was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive to detail and everything seemed like it wasn’t an issue (even tho it must’ve been an admin nightmare). She needs a raise!!
Dinesh and his team have always taken care of me from check ups, teeth whitening, and fillings. I can’t fault his work. Very knowledgable and goes above for his clients. 10/10

I arrived at 1420 for a 1430 appointment with a hygienist on the 9th April. At 1450 I was called in with an apology and the comment "the previous patient was 20 minutes late"!
My opinion is the previous patient should have been told to wait or come back another time.
I was told that the manager would be in touch to confirm my next appointment with an appropriate discount. This call never happened.
So you have lost a both a hygienist and dentist customer.
