The best NHS dental practice I've ever been to in London! I was treated respectfully and kindly by all the staff, which was a refreshing change, as my past experience at other dentists as an NHS patient on benefits has been appalling. Even though my teeth are not in great condition I didn't once feel judged or patronised. This makes SUCH a difference to the whole experience. The hygienist is so lovely and caring and Sophie on reception and in the treatment room was just brilliant. She has a wonderful way with patients and along with the dentist, helped me work out a treatment plan in a way that is manageable and affordable for me, without making me feel small or uncomfortable. Plus she so kindly threw in some free mouthwash!. If you are looking for a new dental practice, don't hesitate, go here!
