My recent visit was perfect. I was greeted by two very friendly & welcoming receptionists who immediately put me at ease. I wasn’t kept waiting more than a few minutes and once in the surgery Nika and her nurse Lynne were very friendly and professional. Overall a very pleasant visit. Thank you

I just want to say how utterly brilliant Nika is, my daughter has had a terrible time since she’s knocked her tooth out, I cannot get over just how lovely, warm and welcoming Nika is, she makes her feel so at ease and she goes above and beyond her job to help and give my girl her gorgeous smile back. We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you are the absolute best.

Came here following a private referral by my dentist to see Gavin McManus and he was brilliant. Gavin explained everything in detail, he listened properly which was commendable (so many professionals forget this part or are not good at it) so made me feel at ease. In the end it was not absolutely necessary to extract my wisdom tooth and I was given clear advice on the next steps and risks which was perfect. The only thing I would mention where improvement could be made is that I was 3 minutes away from walking out before seeing Gavin. My appointment was at 11:00 and whether paying private or not it is important to let the client/customer know if there are going to be any delays or the clinic is running behind, particularly for slightly anxious patients also as the waiting can make that worse. I set myself a limit of 11:15 but fortunately Gavin came out and I’m glad he did. This is basic customer service really but sometimes dental and other care practices forget that they are in the service industry and people have a choice with the expectation to be seen on time.

I drive 116 miles each way for my dental care here. Why? Sandra Berns has improved my teeth for over twenty years and I have moved away. Sandra's upbeat chair-side manner, explanation of procedures as she performs them, and skill inspire confidence and result in good outcomes (my teeth are typical of a sixties child...). The dental nurse Lynne for my last appointment was so much in command of her duties that she made light-hearted remarks, joining in with the "back-and-forth", which further improved my visit - very jolly. If you want expert, friendly dentistry, with some good humour thrown in, this practice is for you.

I saw Lucy for some composite bonding. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Lucy took a lot of time to assess exactly what I needed to get the best outcome for my treatment and her attention to detail was incredible to ensure I got the perfect finish. I couldn't be happier with the final result and considering the time spent on me and the skill Lucy has, I definitely got value for money. Would 100% recommend!
