After graduating from King’s College London Dental School in 2010, Aoife completed dental foundation training in general practice before returning to King’s College London as a Paediatric and Oral Surgery Senior House Officer. She then worked as an Orthognathic clinical fellow at the Royal London Hospital. Aoife was accepted onto the orthodontic specialisation programme at the University of Liverpool, working at Liverpool University Dental Hospital and Arrowe Park Hospital. During her Specialist training, Aoife was an honorary clinical lecturer, involved in orthodontic teaching for dental undergraduate students. She successfully completed training in 2016, passing the Membership in Orthodontics exams at the Royal College of Surgeons and was accepted onto the General Dental Council's register of orthodontic specialists. Aoife won the University Teachers Group Research Presentation Prize at the British Orthodontic Conference 2016. Aoife enjoys treating children and adults, and offers a range of braces including aligners, metal, ceramic and lingual appliances.
