Dr. Attiya AhmedNuDental

Dr Attiya Ahmed qualified from Newcastle University in 2013 with a Distinction in Academic and Clinical Dentistry, attaining the award of an Honours degree, for which the British Dental Association awarded her ’Best Performance in Finals Examinations’. She then completed her vocational training year at Angel Dental Care in the city of Newcastle, after which she moved to West Yorkshire to come and work at {my}dentist Saltaire as a General Dental Practitioner. She has since been on numerous orthodontic and facial aesthetics courses, allowing her to practice cosmetic teeth straightening, and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles with advanced facial aesthetics techniques. In 2015, Attiya was awarded runner up for ‘Dentist of the Year’ within {my}dentist out of 600 practices. She is currently undertaking her Masters in Restorative Dentistry at Birmingham University, as part of her commitment to ongoing learning. Attiya then set up her own dental practice NuDental from scratch, together with fellow Dentist husband Dr Gill. NuDental provides all general dentistry services along with Invisalign and Dental Implant treatments. Away from work Attiya enjoys spending time with her husband and little girl, as well as maintaining a strict health and fitness regime.
