My recent dental visit was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding care provided by the dental hygienist at Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, which immediately put me at ease. My hygienist was not only highly professional but also incredibly personable, taking the time to explain each step of the cleaning process and addressing any concerns I had with patience and expertise.

I have been a patient of Gentle Dental Care for more than 22yrs. I chose them for their understanding of patients like me who have a fear of dentists owing to childhood experiences. I would not got anywhere else. Throughout the years they have maintained their excellent standard of expertise and care. I had a thorough clean today from Peta the hygienist. Reception staff pleasant and helpful.

Very polite reception staff, really clean, lovely dentist and nurse. My Son enjoyed the added feature of watching CBeebies whilst having his teeth checked. Dentist was informative regarding concerns with my son’s teeth.

had a really positive experience with my Invisalign treatment. The practice is really modern, staff friendly & Dr Avi has been superb throughout the 13 months I have been attending. He always explains things clearly & takes the time to make sure you are happy with the treatment. I am so pleased with my teeth & would thoroughly recommend going there.

I called to schedule an appointment and informed the receptionist that I required wheelchair access, to which she responded affirmatively. However, I believe the appropriate question should have been about the size of the wheelchair, given that the door opening is quite narrow. As a result, we spent 15 minutes trying to manoeuvre the wheelchair, only to have to retreat. I then requested that a dentist briefly examine her outside to assess for an infection or ulcer. I was told they couldn't due to insurance issues, which I found unaccommodating. Considering the extensive glass frontage, I wonder why a larger or sliding door was not installed. If your facility advertises wheelchair access, it should be accessible to wheelchairs of all sizes.
