Having been a patient at Goldsworth Road Dental Centre for over 25 years, the prospect of my longtime dentist, Andrew Pritchard, retiring left me feeling understandably anxious. After all, Andrew had been my trusted dentist for over two decades, and building trust with a new practitioner was daunting. Transitioning to a new dentist was initially unsettling, especially as I faced the reality that many of the fillings I had from my early 20s were wearing out, leading to numerous fillings and even two crowns in recent years. It felt like I had seen Ben more in the past few years than I had seen Andrew throughout my entire time with him. However, Ben's thoroughness and calm demeanor have been a saving grace. As a nervous patient, his approach has been instrumental in easing my anxieties. Despite the challenges of replacing my aging dental work, Ben's professionalism and reassuring presence have made each visit a positive experience. Additionally, during a particularly challenging year when many of my teeth broke, I often felt like a nuisance calling the practice. However, Jen, on reception, was always unfailingly friendly and polite, which helped alleviate some of my concerns. I'm grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate dentist in Ben, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional dental care. Additionally, I've been seeing Vicky, the hygienist, for over 20 years. She is thorough, approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile with her explanations. Between Ben and Vicky I hope to smile with confidence for many years to come!

By far the best around the staff are all exceptional and provide a brilliant and caring service. Highly recommend.

As an orally defensive and anxious patient I have found Ben to be most helpful and supportive over the years. Having to have a wisdom tooth removed in my 60s today was a challenging thought , but I found it far less of an ordeal than I expected. Ben handled the whole process increasingly well and I felt comfortable knowing he was working with me and at my pace. Thank you so much, it would be a 10 star if that was available 😁
