Dr Russell graduated from the University of Bristol with distinction and then went on to win the prize for ‘Best Clinician in Cohort’ in the first year of her practice. Dr Russell’s areas of special interest include Oral Surgery and Orthodontics. She has obtained a Post-graduate Certificate in Clinical Oral Surgery (also at distinction level) and won the Wilkie Prize in Orthodontics. Dr Russell regularly participates in continuing professional development and has sought out all opportunities to ensure she has a broad range of clinical exposure. She has been fortunate enough to have gained experience providing dental care for people suffering with dementia and therefore has developed a great understanding of caring for those who may be anxious and/or confused. Dr Russell recently returned to her hometown of Frome in Somerset after living and working in Sydney, Australia. There she was a clinician in an institute for cosmetic and implant dentistry.
