Elaine Halley BDS, MFGDP(UK),MSc(Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry) Dr Halley is the Principal Dentist for Cherrybank Dental Spa, and is widely regarded as one of the top cosmetic dentists in the UK. Masters of Science Degree in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry – this was the first UK Masters level degree to include Aesthetic dentistry and so far she is the only one in the UK to achieve Distinction. She is a DSD Instructor and a member of the Slow Dentistry Global Network. Completed master’s level work in advanced cosmetic dentistry as taught at the Rosenthal Institute in New York She has been an instructor of advanced cosmetic dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London. Completed the rigorous Advanced Postgraduate Program in Dental Cosmetics and Aesthetics at New York University. She serves on the Editorial Board for Private Dentistry and Aesthetic Dentistry She was a judge since 2005 of the Private Dentistry Awards, and now for the Scottish Dentistry Awards. She was President of the British Association of Cosmetic Dentists (BACD) in 2009 and is also the only dentist in Scotland to achieve Accreditation. Awarded Outstanding Individual at 2011 Dentistry Scotland Awards and Award for Contribution to Dentistry in 2018.
