I graduated from Dental School at the National University of Ireland in 2002. I then spent 4 years in general practice in the London area developing my interests in preventive and minimal intervention dentistry. In 2006, I then worked in the Dental Hospital in Sydney, Australia before joining the University of Hong Kong to begin my 3 year specialty training in Orthodontics. I graduated with a Masters in Orthodontics (MOrth, HKU) and a membership diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh (MOrth RCSEdin). In 2011, I was awarded the WJB Houston scholarship by the European Orthodontic Society (EOS) and in 2013 I gained provisional membership of the European Board of Orthodontists (EBO). I have a particular interest in evidence-based Orthodontics. I am currently a PhD research student in craniofacial biology at King's College, London.
