Terrible experience as new private patients! I rang up to register and book appointments for my family - both receptionists were unhelpful and not particularly pleasant on first experience. I thought it odd that they insisted on a deposit but never received a link via text to pay as they stated I would do, they then followed up with a phone call the next day to say I hadn’t paid the deposit via the link sent via text, and they’d have to cancel our appointments if it wasn’t paid today. I never received a link via text, and told them this but their tone suggested I was trying to avoid paying! They then said we’ll resend the link but it must be paid today. At this point I requested to cancel any appointments made and will be going to another local dentist instead, the whole experience was poor and isn’t what you’d expect - I’d go elsewhere!

I have been a customer Of the coach house dental practice in Congleton for 20 years throughout this time one of the main points of contact has been Katie who has Worked at this practice for 20 years She has been absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble very knowledgeable. Both Katie and Jesse Are at the front of house when visiting the practice Always pleasant and polite I would highly recommend this practice to anybody and everybody wishing to get a first class service By far the best Dental practice in Cheshire All of the staff that Work at this practice are credit to the BUPA dental service.

I was referred for root canal treatment from my nhs dentist. Seen very quickly with and the procedure was explained clearly to me. When I returned for treatment, it was very straightforward, all the staff were very pleasant. Reception staff very helpful , calling me swiftly with a cancellation to fit me in easily before Christmas, and the dental team were very professional and put me at ease. Thank you.
