I've been taking my children to see Dr Noor Kapoor since their first dentist appointments about age 1, and she has always been brilliant with them - very kind, patient and focussed on these earliest experiences of going to the dentist being fun and building up good associations so they're happy to come back next time! She's also given us great advice on looking after the kids' teeth.

I recently had my post-wisdom tooth removal appointment with Dr. Noor Kapoor at Ace Dental Wanstead, and I'm thrilled to share that my recovery has been smooth and pain-free! The entire extraction process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. From the initial consultation, where we discussed the best approach for my wisdom tooth, to the day of the procedure, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Noor Kapoor took the time to thoroughly explain the process before we began, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. On the day of the extraction, Dr. Kapoor ensured I was comfortable, double-checking which tooth was to be removed before starting. She applied the anesthetic with three precise injections. The actual extraction was quick and smooth, with the entire tooth coming out clean in one piece. Remarkably, there was no need for stitches. She provided clear and detailed aftercare instructions, including what to expect and how to manage any potential discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't even need to take any painkillers post-procedure! The reception team at Ace Dental Wanstead deserves a mention as well. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and efficient. The appointment scheduling process is seamless, with timely text reminders that I found particularly helpful. Even when I had to reschedule multiple times, the staff were always accommodating, making the process hassle-free. OK so I have used Ace dental for tooth extractions twice. Truthful I suffer with extreme anxiety and have had to be sedated for teeth work. also being that the adrenaline in the injection heighten my Faint feeling. I decided to try and conquer my fears and I must say Dr Noor and her team have been so good helping me. I admit I have been rocky character with a few pass outs on first tooth extraction , the last tooth to be done I pretty much done it with just a mild episode. Its a massive self achievement for me to come this far, The only reason I have done this is because how comfortable I have been made , also how compassionate the team has been in understanding that I am scared 6foot 2 guy , 16 stone that struggles with dentist . I had Invisalign treatment at Ace Dental with Dr Gian Marco D’Andrea and would highly recommend him and the practice in general. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and ensure that you fully understand and consent to each step of your treatment programme so nothing comes as a surprise. Myself and my children see Dr Kapoor and she is both a lovely person and an excellent dentist. She listens, is caring, and makes potentially stressful visits much easier to bear! She recently fitted a new crown for me after my old one from twenty years ago had fallen out. She did a fantastic job, it looks better than the original. My children really like her so they have no fear of going to the dentist, overall a great service for the whole family. Highly recommended!
