Dr. Grethe LouwOakwood Dental Practice

Grethe graduated from Stellenbosch University with honours (Cum Laude) in 1999. She worked in Bristol for two and a half years and pursued further studies at Bristol University. In 2002 she decided to settle in the Winchester area where she practiced for 16 years, before buying Oakwood Dental Practice in Botley, Southampton. Grethe completed her Diploma in Post-graduate Dental Studies from Bristol University in 2008. She has a special interest in oral medicine and pathology and restorative dentistry involving fixed and removable dentures. She has completed two year-long courses in cosmetic restorative dentistry and her passion for cosmetics has sparked a further interest in non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments. She has spent the last 10 years constantly training and improving her techniques and expertise to provide modern technologies and natural looking results. She is a full Invisalign provider and has also completed a year-long course in orthodontics to provide the best range of choices for patients seeking cosmetic improvements to their smiles. It brings Grethe great joy and pride to bring confidence to her patients by creating their perfect smiles.
