Great service! The staff was helpful even before I walked through the door. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dentist was fantastic—highly knowledgeable and skilled. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I had the pleasure of an Invisalign consultation at SilverOak Dental Surgery on 18th February 2025. From the initial contact I felt that Christina intuitively understood my needs and was able to organise the consultation very promptly. The dental surgery itself is very smart and modern and the reception staff friendly and inviting. Riz, the dentist that carried out the consultation was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with clarity. She gives you the facts rather than telling you what you might want to hear. This enables you to make an informed decision about engaging with the treatment plan and to also recognise your responsibilities. I was given a full scan of all my teeth which produced an amazing, if somewhat unsettling (in my case) 3D image. My only criticism would be that if you have a small mouth opening, the scanning tool is rather uncomfortable. To me, it felt like a TV remote control being maneuvered around my mouth. It was completely painless though, and the lovely nurse Zoe made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Following the scans I was able to discuss the procedure further. I was provided with very comprehensive documentation to read at my leisure before making any decision to proceed with the treatment or not. I would highly recommend this surgery for all dental work and in particular, an Invisalign consultation.

Have been receiving implant treatment with Riz. This has been exemplary Her precision is second to none. She has explained procedures clearly and has given me help.and advice on how to best care for my teeth. I would rate her most highly and recommend anyone considering implants to contact her. She is a whizz and very capable and confident in her approach and procedures using up to date equipment to full advantage So glad I went to her for treatment.

Great dentist! Really helpful and Sam made me feel at ease, a difficult task usually as I struggle with dentists in general. Booked in for further work without hesitation. Reception staff are great also. With Private being the only option these days best to get the best.

Just had my first hygienist appointment in many years. The lovely ladies that treated me were wonderful. They made sure I was comfortable and calm. Gave me time to adjust and pause whenever I needed. Explained what was happening clearly, and simple so I could understand. My teeth now feel and look so much healthier- thank you Silver Oak 👍
