James enjoys the digital development of dentistry which enables his patients to visualise how aesthetic changes are possible with either orthodontics or restorative techniques. This is a reassuring step to have when considering your treatment. James works in conjunction with Invisalign and the MiSmile network which has the added benefit of you being able to see how your teeth will move with Invisalign on a personalised animated video. This service is free of charge. James uses digital scans which completely removes any need to have any impressions taken inside your mouth In 1998 in search to be closer to the sea James moved from London work in Ferndown, then made a further leap to be even closer to the sea to take up partnership at 740 Dental in 2008. James is married to Catherine who he met at Guy’s Hospital, Catherine is a local doctor and they have two children Daniel and Freya. As a family they all enjoy sailing, most of their weekends in the summer are spent on the water in Poole Harbour. As the children have been growing up they have spent much time teaching them how to sail which has proved to be rewarding as they now race dinghies on their own. When the weather is less inspiring for sailing they go walking in the Purbecks, cycling in the New Forest and like visiting Cornwall in hope to improve their surfing.
