Dr. Junaid MalikHolly House Dental Practice

r. Junaid Malik graduated from the University of Bristol and has been committed to post-graduate education and further study, having completed the membership diploma (MFDS) for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. His interests have always lied in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, which have led him to complete many courses including year-long certificate courses in restorative dentistry and endodontics (root canal treatment). He continued his learning in North America, where he completed further training in restorative dentistry at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. In 2015, he formalised his training with a full-time master’s degree (MSc) in conservative dentistry at the world renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute, which he was awarded with distinction. In September 2016, he was also awarded the post-graduate prize in clinical and academic excellence and was nominated for the Dean’s List and the Dean’s Research Project Prize for his contribution to dental research. His research was later published internationally. Following on from his master’s degree, Dr. Junaid continues to learn from some of the best clinicians in the world by travelling to various parts of the globe in order to deliver the best possible care for his patients. He now shares his knowledge with postgraduates as a senior clinical teaching fellow at the Eastman Dental Institute. His advanced training allows him to take referrals for complex crown and bridge procedures (fixed prosthodontics), full mouth reconstructions and smile makeovers involving crowns, veneers and implant prosthodontics (implant crowns and bridges). His interests in root canal treatment allow him to treat patients concerned about toothache. His goal is to provide high quality, long-lasting and aesthetic results. Dr. Junaid has always been a keen traveller, having explored various parts of the globe, but when he is at home he loves spending time with his family. When not at work, he can often be found in the gym or spending his evenings with his friends.
