Dr. Keegan GowansColchester Orthodontic Centre

Dr. Gowans qualified as a dentist in 2013 from the University of Manchester and subsequently undertook further hospital-based post in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as a Senior House officer in Kent. While in his hospital training, he also completed a Master’s Degree in 2015 from the University of Kent in Primary Dental Care. During his hospital posts he discovered his passion for Orthodontics and after passing the exams for the joint faculty membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of England he secured a position at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital and University College London Eastman Dental Institute to complete his Orthodontic Specialist training. After completing his Master of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics, he was added onto the Orthodontic Specialist list by the General Dental Council. Dr Gowans prides himself in maintaining the highest clinical standards and enjoys seeing the improvement in patient’s confidence as their treatment progresses.
