I have attended Crabtree Clinic for many many years and found all of the staff very supportive and professional. I can honestly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a five star service.

I had an extremely distressing experience at this practice. As someone with high anxiety, I informed the staff in advance about my condition (Crohn’s disease), as well as my ADHD and autism. During my appointment, I panicked and asked to stop the treatment, preferring to reschedule with a dentist I felt comfortable with. Instead of being met with understanding, I felt pressured to continue. In my distress, I swore once—not at anyone directly—yet this was used as grounds to remove me from the practice entirely. While I respect policies regarding respectful conduct, I believe patient care should include empathy, especially in a setting where anxiety is common. Rather than de-escalating the situation, the response I received only heightened my distress. Ultimately, I was discharged from the practice, despite being a communicative patient who was simply struggling with fear and discomfort. Additionally, I had previously informed the practice that one my children are autistic, and I had planned to continue bringing them here for treatment. However, given how my own situation was handled, I no longer feel confident that this practice is a safe or supportive environment for neurodivergent patients. I will be taking my children elsewhere to ensure they receive care from a practice that truly understands and accommodates their needs. If you have anxiety, ADHD/autism, or require a compassionate approach to treatment, I would advise considering a practice that specialises in nervous and neurodivergent patients.

I really appreciate the professionalism and excellent service provided by staff at the practice. Being a person of colour, I always worry about who I will meet and how I will be treated. My experiences this far have been nothing short of super good and exceptional.

Another quick and painless procedure! Kellie is incredibly skilled, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable during visits. The whole team there are always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Crabtree Dental to anyone looking for best in class dental care!

I had my six months check up today, the dentist asked if my health details had changed and if I was experiencing any problems with my teeth. My answer was no to both questions and she proceeded to check my teeth, she said everything was okay and I was doing a great job keeping them healthy. I asked her if she could tell me the right size of a flossing brush I could buy. She tried the one she thought would fit and tried it on my teeth and gave it to me. I bought a pack whilst paying for my check up and booking my next appointment. I was very pleased with my dental visit today and would recommend Crabtree Dental Practice to anyone.
