Madelein completed her Dental Degree in South Africa at the University of Pretoria in 1997. She worked as a General Dental Practitioner in the UK from 1997-2000 from where she accepted a Registrar post in Orthodontics at Guys Hospital in London. She completed her Masters Degree in Science in 2002 and Masters degree in Orthodontics in 2003. Madelein sees Orthodontics not only as a form of science but also as a form of art. She take real pleasure in helping her patients to achieve beautiful smiles to a level nothing short of perfection. She is a registered member of the General Dental Council, British Dental Association, British Orthodontic Society, European Orthodontic Society, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the South African Health Professionals Council.
