After a period of training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, he joined the orthodontic department of Kings College Hospital where he received his postgraduate orthodontic training and qualified in 1994. He has both the Diploma of Membership in Orthodontics and fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh and is a gold medal winner of the final FDS exam of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. Dr Alimadadian has had various hospital posts in the past and is currently the principal of the three orthodontic practices. He has a vast knowledge of treating complex cases with Invisalign® clear aligners.
