Pleasant experience, I booked a half-hour new client appointment. The dentist and nurse were lovely and explained the findings which did match my thoughts on the dental issues I need addressing. The treatment plan was formulated, it's realistic and I'd already guesstimated some costs so am happy with that. Treatment starts end September and although I'm a nervous patient (!) I do feel confident at their expertise.

Excellent service, I went to the surgery where I visited previously but told Milan is working in another building - found it easily. I had a short time to wait in a waiting room upstairs. Checkup was quick and simply done without any problems, I had one query but Milan explained why my tooth was as it is. Very gentle treatment and I felt very comfortable during all the time of my appointment. I asked for a reminder for my next checkup appointment in 6 months in February 2025. The roadworks and traffic were horrendous surrounding the buildings - but that wasn't your fault and I got around them easily, meaning I got to my appointment on time.

Today, I visited Abbey House Dental in Stone for my checkup and found that everyone here is so helpful and polite! There was no wait time and excellent care. Dr Samee and Nurse Amanda went the extra mile and explained everything in depth which made me feel really comfortable. Definitely recommend this dental practice.

I recently visited Abbey House for a root canal, crown and a filling, and I must say it was the best dental experience I have ever had. As a particularly nervous patient, I was apprehensive about the procedure, but Clare and Jenn went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. Clare and Jenn took the time to thoroughly explain everything beforehand, which really helped to calm my nerves. During the procedure, they continuously informed me of each step, ensuring I was comfortable and aware of what was happening. Their professionalism and care are truly commendable. I have never felt this comfortable at a dentist’s office before, and I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. Clare and Jenn deserve a lot of credit for their outstanding work. I highly recommend Abbey House to anyone in need of dental care, especially those who may feel anxious about visiting the dentist.
