Last week my tooth snapped in half and I called Icedent as they were the closest dentist to me. I have been fearful of dentists since I had a bad experience as a teenager getting braces and then pregnancy in my adult years resulted in teeth becoming very bad. I spoke to a very lovely and understanding receptionist (Not sure how she could cope with me as I was crying down the phone lol!). I was offered an immediate appointment and Dr Dallel explained my options. I have honestly never had a dental experience as calming and reassuring as this one. She was so gentle, so informative, friendly and thorough. I cried my eyes out when she had finished as I honestly thought my tooth would've had to have been removed there and then. She did an amazing job! I am so pleased. Today I stopped by again to say thank you and show her her good work! I would recommend this dentist and Dr Dallel to EVERYBODY! Clean, thorough, professional and good for people who have a fear of dentists like me.A*

Couldn't have asked for better. Came in for a wisdom tooth extraction,and the doctor explained to me all the procedure from A to Z. Here I am a week after, fully recovered, pain free from day 1 and extremely happy for the service provided.

Absolutely amazing service. Came in for laser gum treatment and then composit bonding. Dr dallel was Very professional talked me though the whole procedure and kept me informed of what she was doing all the way through til the end. Icedent was recommended to me by a friend, visited in March to be fitted for a brace and had on for two months, once taken off Dr Jesus fitted me with 20 Composite Bonding teeth and its an understatement how pleased i am with them!
