Pen Y Bont Dental Advertises 'Exceptional Care' In its front window. That is more than what they definitely live up to. I had my first check-up here not long ago with Dr. Paul Austin. He identified two fillings i needed done. naturally i was a little nervous about this as it would be the first time i had dental injections and treatment. Just had them done today and the care was nothing short of absolutely exceptional. Both Paul and Charlotte were amazing when it came to doing the injection, Which Paul used numbing cream for aswell which helped a great deal. The filling was done really quick, after that my mother had some extractions done and we were in and out of the practice within 45 mins! Amazing efficiency. for anyone looking for a Good dental practice, especially anyone with a dental anxiety, i would recommend this one over any other i have been to. The staff are amazing and very kind, and everything is taken at your own pace. 5* From me!

Amazing dentist. I had the fortune to have Dr Paul taking care me. Not only very skilled as a dentist. But also had great people skill when I was a little nervous and manage to put me a ease . He is a credit to his practice and after waiting for years to find a dentist I'm chuffed to have found such a nice and skilled one.

The best dentist I have ever been to. After having severe dental phobia and not going for years, I needed dental work done and was recommended to this dentist. Paul is absolutely incredible at his job, made me feel at ease as soon as I was there. Explained everything and had an understanding of my fear. After having a bad experience with another dentist I was petrified of the injections. Again Paul was amazing and used numbing cream on my gums before the injections and honestly I barely felt them which has never happened before. I needed my tooth pulled which I never thought I could sit through but Paul pulled it so quick I didn’t even realise he had done it. I can’t speak highly enough of him and his team. I will be recommending him to everyone especially anyone with a dental phobia. Thankyou so much Paul and team, I feel this has changed my life and giving me the opportunity to go to the dentist regularly. 5* all round!!

Had an emergency dental appointment with Beynons 3 weeks ago who said there was nothing wrong and gave me antibiotics and toothpaste to solve the pain i had which didnt work. Rung 111 again and got an emergency appointment with Nathan at penybont dental wednesday who was excellent told me straight away what he thought it was and treated me 2 days later still no pain at all. Over the moon with the treatment

A wonderful dental practice with really great staff and a dentist, Lara Welch, who is very friendly while being ultra efficient. I can’t praise her enough for her care for both my husband, who has to be dragged to a dentist, and me. The reception staff and dental nurses are A1 too. I thoroughly recommend Pen Y Bont Dental Centre and feel very lucky to have found them. There are other dentists there as well who are very friendly and welcoming. Also, the whole place is spotlessly clean. 5* all round.
