Priti qualified with BDS Honours in 2002, from Guy’s, Kings & St. Thomas Dental Institute (Kings College London). While there, she was awarded several prizes and awards, including the distinguished Newland Pedley Medal for Restorative Dentistry and the Jelf Medal for the best all-rounder dental student graduating in 2002. She maintained her presence in dental practice while she undertook her Postgraduate Specialist Orthodontic training at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. She obtained her Masters in Science degree in 2009 and qualified as an Orthodontic Specialist in 2010, when she was awarded the 3M Unitek Prize for the best overall orthodontic student graduating from the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2010. She subsequently undertook a further two years training at the Eastman Dental Hospital, UCLH and Kingston Hospital, Surrey treating complex multi-disciplinary cases. She was awarded her Fellowship in Orthodontics in 2012 and has been a Consultant Orthodontist at the Eastman Dental Hospital, University College London NHS Foundation Trust since 2013. Outside Dentistry, she enjoys travelling and meeting people from various walks of life, nature, diving, seeing Cirque du Soleil productions, and reading on her Kindle.
