Biography
Dr Ripponjit Sanghera qualified as a Dentist from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospital London in 2003. She worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for 10 years, 5 of which as a Specialty Doctor. In various hospitals across the South East, such as Royal London Hospital and Addenbrooke's. She was awarded a national prize for her presentation at the British Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Conference in London, as well as being a published author. At this time Rippon completed her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with Royal College of Surgeons England.
Her interest in Jaw Surgery led her to Orthodontics, a competitive 3 year UK Post Graduate training programme. Rippon was successfully awarded Membership in Orthodontics with Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, as well as a Masters in Research from University of Birmingham. She is a registered Orthodontic Specialist with the General Dental Council.
She has been involved in Undergraduate and Post graduate teaching and continues to examine for the General Dental Council and Royal College of Surgeons England.
Rippon is based in the Cotswolds practicing both NHS Children's Orthodontics & Private Children and Adult Orthodontics. She also works at Birmingham Dental Hospital dealing with Consultant led complex cases. She has a special interest in Aesthetic Braces especially Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. She has also completed Advanced training in Facial Aesthetics.
Rippon has a warm, caring and friendly nature that will put you at ease. She will listen to your concerns, setting realistic outcomes for you and loves transforming her patient's smiles, which really shows through.
