Shanil is a friendly and passionate dentist who strongly believes in the merits of continual education in order to provide treatment of the highest quality in line with current best practice. He has been widely praised by his patients for his caring and gentle chairside manner, especially those who are somewhat apprehensive of visiting the dentist. He rapidly progressed to achieve further qualifications and training which form the basis of his special interests, namely dental cosmetics, the replacement of missing teeth, and management of tooth wear. He has participated in numerous advanced continuing education courses where he has been trained by a number of the world's best clinicians in the art of aesthetics and smile design. Shanil particularly enjoys using various methods of orthodontics to straighten teeth and improve smiles and has done so for over 10 years. Shanil graduated with distinction in Prosthodontics (Master of Clinical Dentistry) from Kings College London in 2017. Outside of dentistry, Shanil enjoys keeping fit, travelling and trying different cuisines, as well as following his favourite football team - Liverpool!
