Simon accepts referrals with a particular interest in complex compromised aesthetic cases involving missing teeth. He is an Implantologist, Gold Invisalign Provider and sedationist.
Having graduated from the University of Bristol in 2006, Simon completed his vocational training in Clevedon and then embarked on six months of volunteering with several dental charities across east and southern Africa.
Upon his return, he worked for several years as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Newport and Bath. He is now heavily involved in teaching as a Speciality Dentist at the Bristol Dental Hospital.
Along with his wife Katie, Simon is the principal dentist at Charlton Road Dental and a visiting dentist to Cirencester Dental Practice as an Implant and Cosmetic Dentist. He has a particular interest in the treatment of nervous patients.
In 2009 he completed an intensive course on Intravenous Sedation and Anxiety Control and takes great pleasure in rebuilding the confidence of anxious patients. Simon is also a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry.
Simon has been a Fully Certified Invisalign provider for over 8 years and has recently become an exclusive member of the MiSmile Network.
In 2011 he was also awarded Membership to the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons.
Simon has been placing and restoring Dental Implants for many years and has attended Implant courses across the UK and Europe. He completed a Master of Science Degree in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol in 2014. He is an ITI Study Club Area Coordinator, Study Club Director and Speaker for the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
