Overall good but unfortunately bad experiences twice. Maybe just unlucky but it may be worth writing it down here.
Update: considering the overall good experience, will still give it a other chance and go back to see if this can be remediated. Will update here afterwards.
Further Update: Remediation worked after revisit. During the process, the dentist was helpful and polite, so were other staff as always. I am glad the pain is almost settled now.
I am also glad that now I can say this is a very good dental practice. I am happy to update the review and give 5 star.

I had abrupt tooth pain and felt I had no where to turn.
Gave Annie the receptionist a quick call, professional and well informed service from her and made an appointment for the next day.
Walked straight in with no wait time and Dr Ruth was quick to my aid.

My first time ever at this dentist and I could not be more impressed with the politeness of staff, cleanliness of the surgery and the overall experience.
I booked an appointment with Roshni and the whole time I was there I felt comfortable, happy and nowhere close to being nervous like you normally are when you visit the dentist.
She did a fantastic job with my teeth and took into consideration my nerves and took her time with me. She was very patient and considerate and I look forward to going back again for my next appointment.
