I have been providing orthodontic treatment for 18 years. Most of the patients that I see, undergo treatment funded by NHS and I usually use traditional straight wire metal bracket systems although I have wide experience in using self-ligating brackets too. In a comprehensive treatment of malocclusion with an underlying skeletal discrepancy, I routinely use Twin Blocks during functional therapy stage. If there is an indication for interceptive treatment, I use Upper Removable Appliance or sectional fixed braces. I also had an opportunity to treat patients with Insignia system, lingual braces -Incognito, Invisalign aligners and clear brackets.
