Dentist Nick is very nice. My boy is first time having filling done and he took his time to claim my boy and he’s happy when leaving.

From start to finish my experience was fantastic! Dr Vishal Patel was so friendly and great at explaining the whole process start to finish, including aftercare. I was apprehensive, as most people are going to the Dentist, and it had been a while since I had last been. I was also aware of potentially 2 teeth that I would have to have removed and explained this to him. He was re-assuring, careful and professional in removing my tooth and explained any questions I had in detail, making it easy to understand all options and steps. I have had mixed experiences previously dentistry wise with informal and cold, unhelpful dentists and this was the complete opposite and will 100% be the Dentist I use moving forwards! The receptionist and assistant were both very helpful too for aftercare, booking in and explaining any other questions I had. Thanks very much Dr Patel! And for an experience that naturally shouldn't be enjoyable actually turned out to be!

I like this team - dentist and nurse, even the room; I was instantly relaxed when I went in. It’s smelt great, it was warm, there was something pleasant to look at on the screen. The nurse was very friendly and attentive; she actually took my focus away from the dentist chair which hasn’t happened before (thank you) usually my eyes are locked locked in on it - I hate going to the dentist. It was my first time seeing Dr Bezuhanet, I felt comfortable, he advised me accordingly after my checks and observations. I can’t believe how relaxed I was, I’m usually tense after. Looks like the kiddies room can be very plus for us nervous adults too.

I am a nerve's patient , but the clinician Hana was just nice and made me at ease. Did a Good job and very constructive advice. My next visit will be in few months and will recommend Hatfield Iconic smiles to anyone seeking help. Dr Bogdan also was a very talented Dentist who worked on my issue. He made me at ease. Thank you Doc. Cannot forget the front desk ladies who is courteous and helpful.
