I have attended this dental practice for many years. I cannot fault them. The dentists I have seen, I believe, have cared very well for my teeth and always given good advice. The receptionists I have met over theirs have always been helpful and, in a professional way, friendly. You are rarely kept waiting for your appointment. Most people don’t like going to the dentist but at this practice it’s as painless as possible.

They are the best dental practice we have been fortunate to have always curtious, even now we have moved and it's a 2 HR trip for us, they always try to accommodate us with appointments and times we can manage. The practice is spotless and we never had any cause to worry after COVID as there was Every precaution taken to protect his staff and his patients. We are duly reminded of our app as they approach nearer the time, and all treatments are explained before commencing. Any nervousness is pushed aside with their unhurried and gentle approach in a relaxed atmosphere so I would recommend this practice for any one who's of a nervous disposition

I had never had a tooth out and was extremely nervous. My dentist was absolutely marvellous and I can't recommend them enough. I was fully advised throughout the procedure and have had no issues since. I have been with this practice for 40 years (originally Mark Flemming) and now the current team. Myself and my two young children go to Hydean Dental Practice every 6 months and are very pleased with the level of customer care shown right through from lovely reception staff to the actual dental appointment. I have found my dentist to be very thorough and informative, offering sound advice. I would recommend this practice which is why I've given it 5 stars!
