I was looking for a dentist for my elderly wheelchair bound Mum for over 3 yrs due to COVID. Mum couldn't use her old dentist due to moving house location. The Staff at this dental practice are amazing, efficient and caring. They bent over backwards to accommodate my mum's needs. 5/5

The Dentists are fantastic and communicate amazingly. Just beware the customer service is horrendous. Waiting on the phone for near 45 minutes just to be disconnected, and email is another kettle of fish - emailed a question about an appointment purpose and just got told the time on email, then when I replied I received an passive aggressive response telling me my email wasn't urgent. Who ever runs the info@ or the enquire@ emails should not be in customer service.
