I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking an emergency appointment with Nicola was seamless—she was incredibly caring and reassuring over the phone. During my visits, both Neil and Jordan provided excellent care, making each appointment smooth and stress-free. I’ve always had some level of worry when it comes to the dentist, but the entire team was incredibly comforting and put my mind at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and I was seen quickly, which I really appreciated.

Lovely practice with very good dentists (I usually see Neil) and very thorough hygienists (I like all of them and especially Marlena). All very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Amazing clinic that I recommend to everyone. I have been their patient for about a year now and I can say that this is an excellent practice. All clean and stress-free atmosphere. The dentists and hygienists really show care and listen to you. They are amazing in keeping patient records and they have state of the art technology. Also, I would like to give a special call out to Dr Neil Mason; for always being so polite, friendly and elaborate in the alternative treatment options.

I've had three appointments so far and they've all been great. It feels like all of the staff genuinely want you to have a positive experience, especially the friendly, attentive, kind reception staff. The facilities and equipment are also excellent. My dentist, Sherif Abbas Ali, has given me brilliant treatment. Even though my case was a tricky one, I never felt like I was a burden, and it always feels like he is happy to see me, despite the circumstances. He's very clear in his explanations, tailors his approach according to your needs and really makes sure you feel comfortable. I'd recommend this practice to anyone. It's probably been my most positive treatment experience.
