Dr. Rachel Worrall PORTMAN

Rachel has over 10 years experience as a specialist orthodontist. She studied at The University of Bristol and then worked in central London in both private and NHS specialist practice. As part of her specialist training she worked with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery teams at The Royal London and Great Ormond Street Hospitals. She studied for 5 further years to gain a surgical diploma at The Royal College of Surgeons and a Master of Science in Orthodontics. She was invited to join The Royal College of Surgeons England and The British Orthodontic Society as Member of the orthodontic faculty. She is on the General Dental Council specialist list. As part of her training she was awarded the Hawley Russell prize with the British Orthodontic Society for her academic research during her training. Since then, Rachel continues to work in specialist orthodontic practice in London and Bath, treating both NHS children and private adults and children using Invisalign, aesthetic and traditional fixed appliance techniques. She loves how aesthetic and comfortable Invisalign aligners are and how adaptable to your lifestyle they can be, yet how the system can still give excellent clinical results.
